Post ferment, the wines spend about six months in vat before heading to the bottling line. Look for a savoury, spicy, garrigue nose with a pleasant palate of black fruits and plush textures. A perfect wine for a charcuterie plate, roasted chicken, or the classic Provencal ratatouille.
