Rueda, Castilla-Leon, SpainThis verdejo comes off 50 year old bush vines rooted in the gravelled sandy soils of Rueda. After a cold tank ferment, this rested in a mix of 80 / 20 stainless / new French oak for 4 months, on lees. Ripe and creamy, with pear, white peach, rambutan, and lychee flooding a juicy, brief palate.
