Buissonnier Bourgogne Aligoté Silex 2018

Burgundy, FranceCave des Vignerons de Buxy is a co-op of growers of the Cote Chalonnaise that began over 80 years ago, and today includes 120 family farms. These aligoté parcels are located mainly between Buxy and Saint-Gengoux-le-National, at the bottom of the hills and on rocky, scree-scattered calcareous soils. This was fermented and rested entirely in stainless. Creamy and smooth on the medium bodied palate, with lemon cream, red apple, lemon blossoms, a comfortable pad of lees, finishing with a wash of stones. I am really liking Bourgogne Aligoté from 2018, and this is no exception. Drinking very well now. Shining bright lemon, stones, pear run the sleek palate, finishing with a lemon twist.Tasted: 08 August 2021Tasted by: Treve RingPrices:
