Domaine Fichet Bourgogne Aligoté 2019
Burgundy, FranceThis aligoté comes from a single hectare of vines planted in the Maconnais, planted in 1998 on clay/limestone soils. It was fermented and rested in stainless. This 2019 aligoté is quite ripe and forward, with lemon curd, ripe pear, flax, honeysuckle on a softer waxen palate.
