Niagara Peninsula, Ontario, Canada“The Farm” is a 10 acre vineyard in Niagara’s Twenty Mile Bench. The vineyard was farmed organically from the initial planting in 2000, and is the home of Peter and Dora Neudorf since 1962. This was native fermented, with full MLF, and aged in second fill and neutral French barrels and puncheons. Creamy and bright on the palate, with lemon, yellow and green apple, subtle flax to a lightly spiced finish.
