The Farm Wines Chardonnay 2018
Niagara Peninsula, Ontario, Canada“The Farm” is a 10 acre vineyard in Niagara’s Twenty Mile Bench. The vineyard was farmed organically from the initial planting in 2000, and is the home of Peter and Dora Neudorf since 1962. This was native fermented, with full MLF, and aged in second fill and neutral French barrels and puncheons. Led by lemon pith and bedded with cream, this streams white florals, green and yellow apples along the medium palate, scented with blossoms, and finishing with a gentle spice and grippy chalkiness.
