Phantom Creek Estates Cabernet Franc 2018
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe South Okanagan Phantom Cab Franc comes off selected estate blocks of fruit picked from the west side of the valley, on the Golden Mile bench, and the eastern Black Sage Bench. Look for smoky, dry, brambly fruit with dry sagebrush and tarry notes. It’s not the best example of the variety in a tough wildfire season in the south.
