Mirabel Rosé of Pinot Noir 2020

East Kelowna Slopes, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaRosé of Pinot Noir has always been on the deeper side of pale with a touch of orange. The estate pinot is a mix of Pommard and Dijon clones, coloured by 14 hours of maceration (for two-thirds of the grapes) before fermentation and a six month sleep on its lees. 2020 is drier than the previous version, giving it a more food-friendly demeanour and a grown up style. The scent is strawberry with a dash of cream over an earthy, desert scrub, rhubarb finish. Solid.Tasted: 10 July 2021Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:
