Mirabel Rosé of Pinot Noir 2019
East Kelowna Slopes, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaOn the deeper edge of pale, this French-inspired east Kelowna pinot noir is a mix of estate Pommard and Dijon clones, coloured by maceration for 16 hours, and then left on lees for 6 months. Juicy strawberry, raspberry, mandarin is woven with spices, and bedded with a thicker cloud of lees, finishing with a rhubarb twist. A polished and elegant style, this can hold its own against a flight of French rosé, any day.Tasted: 04 September 2020Tasted by: Treve RingPrices:BC | $21.00 | 750ml | winery online/direct |
