Bella Wines King Family Farms Chardonnay Sparkling 2020
Naramata Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFrom Naramata's King Vineyards, this chardonnay was brought in over a two day pick, with most of the fruit resting overnight on skins. After a whole cluster press and native ferment, this had a tirage of Champagne yeast to kickstart secondary fermentation and its five months in bottle on lees, before hand riddling and dégorgement.
