Cawston, Similkameen Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe reserve chardonnay is organically grown and produced by the hardworking Dowell family and consulting winemaker Pascal Madevon. Madevon's vast experience assures a quality bottle, while the gently sloping, west-facing, riverfront estate, once a part of the historic Mariposa site, delivers vibrant chardonnay fruit. Look for light pear and apple and a lovely mid-palate with a wet stone mineral lift that carries through the finish.
