Peak Cellars Unoaked Chardonnay 2020

Lake Country, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis unoaked chardy comes off Blocks 8, 21, and 27 of their estate Carr’s Landing vineyard, and a mix of clones 76, 548, and 95. The three blocks were blended in stainless prior to fermentation, and remained there with weekly bâtonnage for four months post-ferment. Whistle-clean, with lemon cream, green apple, citrus blossoms riding over a slick of lees, to a snappy lemon peel finish.
