Golden Mile Bench, Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFrom Arise Bench, a Culmina Golden Mile Bench estate vineyard, the 2020 Saignée blends cabernet franc, syrah, malbec, cabernet sauvignon, and merlot. The fermentation is done in stainless steel, the colour is Provence cool, but the style is fuller, as evidenced by the blend. At 14 percent alcohol, backed up by the glossy, silky textures, it is packed full of ripe strawberries and fully ripe watermelon, citrus, and spice.
