Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis pét-nat blush comes from organic zinfandel off their McIntyre Bluff estate's Coyote Block, planted in 2006. This was native fermented in stainless before heading into bottle and capping. Searingly tight and tart, with rhubarb, cranberry, red currant, milk chocolate and apple blossoms, up against a bump of RS on the short, snappy finish.
