The nose is an aromatic garrigue affair washed in raspberries, plums, and pepper. The attack is round and open, with only light tannins mixed into the spicy, earthy, red and black fruit. It will improve in the bottle through 2023, but you can serve it now around the barbecue with grilled chicken or pork sausages.
