Cowichan Valley, Vancouver Island, British Columbia, CanadaThis was mostly clone 115, an earlier-drinking red off their site. In 2018, this was destemmed, but in the future Brent plans on using whole bunch exclusively for all reds due to its tannin extraction (when well handled). This time, they added 20% whole bunch 667 and 777 backblended in to give it additional structure.
