Stella Maris, or star of the sea, is the Pender island Winery’s flagship blend, and it lives up to its billing. Dry and relatively crisp, its floral rose petal gewürztraminer notes give way to a wash of lime pith and green melon, with a touch of subtle bitterness in the finish.
