The rosé is an 80/20 mix of pinot gris and pinot noir, leading a pale orange-pink colour to a fresh orchard fruit nose. The palate is dry and well structured with spicy cherry and tart red fruit, suggesting this is more than a sipper, but a pink that can support light lunches or appetizers.
