Southern Gulf Islands, British Columbia, CanadaAfter missing tasting the 2019 vintage due to a change in ownership, BC gem Sea Star is back with their 2020 Blanc de Noir. With Pinot Noir grape from their estate Saturna Island vineyards. A light salmon hue, this is crunchy and brisk, with tart cherry, raspberry, underripe pear, tangerine, pink grapefruit, on a distinctly marine, saline, bone dry palate.
