Rhubarb, raspberry, strawberry, pear and cranberry fill this juicy and fresh rosé, with a crunchy coastal acidity to carry. Sea salts and fine spice echo on the bright finish. A cushion of plum on the palate makes this approachable solo, and entices pairing this with poached salmon.
