The Old Tun Brewing Muscat 2018

Niagara Peninsula, Ontario, CanadaThe Old Tun Brewing is a small virtual winery based in Niagara, making sparkling wine of apples, grapes, and honey. This muscat came from Niagara-on-the-Lake's Buis Vineyard, and was fermented to dryness before going to the charmat tanks.
