Niagara Peninsula, Ontario, CanadaThe Old Tun Brewing is a small virtual winery based in Niagara, making sparkling wine of apples, grapes, and honey. This was sourced at the Ridgepoint Wines vineyard, and was charmat method for 4 months prior to bottling without fining or filtration.
