Veneto, ItalyFidora was established in 1974 in Veneto, and has been organic since its inception. This single vineyard pinot grigio pours a deeper yellow hue, and is full in the mouth with white florals, white peach, lemon blossom, and tangerine, through to a spiced finish. There's a pad of lees plumping this out and upping its food-friendliness. Easy to enjoy with numerous salads or white fish.
