Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis light and lively, slightly sper…itzy wine is of the obscure perle of csaba grape, planted in 1934 on Ann Sperling's family property, settled by her grandparents more than 150 years ago. Sperling, one of Canada's most well known winemakers, makes this little fizzy wine from those biodynamically-farmed, limestone-rooted vines. With a gentle sweetness and low alcohol (8.4%), this natty pét-nat greets with elderflower, grapefruit, crunchy melon, and perfumed florals on a light, frizzante palate.
