Mezza di MezzaCorona Italian Glacial Bubbly NV

Trentino- Alto-Adige, ItalyMezzacorona has been cultivating vineyards since 1904. From Trentino-Alto Adige's Dolomiti mountains comes this off-dry blend of chardonnay, müller-thurgau, and pinot blanc. Pear blossom, medicinal white cherry, white peach, and orange blossom is cut with a sharp severing acidity, matching the ample RS, but leaving this a bit disjointed to the short finish.
