Treviso, Verona, Veneto, ItalyFreixenet, known instantly around the world for their Cava, has now hopped over to Italy, and invaded Prosecco, a move solely intended to win the coveted UK market. The eye-catching bottle will certainly lure some buyers worldwide, as will the Spanish house's reputable name. At 18 g/L RS, this is firmly in the sweeter (Extra Dry) category, though a bitter / harsh acerbic white floral, lemon blossom note counters the sugar, disjointing this pretty looking bottle.
