Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaLake Country's O'Rourke's Peak Cellars was founded by Albertan Dennis O’Rourke, who hired Adrian Baker, the former Head of Cool Climate Oenology from NZ's Craggy Range, to oversee the mapping of soil types and the planting for a single 200 acre vineyard, planted exclusively to Burgundian and Germanic grapes. This deeper-pink hued pinot noir rosé fills the glass with silky raspberry, cherry, orange blossom, and fine peppery spices, bumped with a little RS to make it extra friendly.
