Peak Cellars Pinot Noir Rosé 2020
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis pinot noir comes from the Orchard Blocks at Carr's Landing, which are richer in clay. Like the Pink Granite Rosé, this gets 18 hours of skin contact, but the colour here veers more towards a medium pink. Like the colour, the fruit is bolder, even at 12.5% abv, led by red cherries and accented by strawberry and watermelon. Medium-bodied, this is decidedly dry with just a touch of tartness to the finish.
