Mendoza, ArgentinaThis Mendoza (Valle de Uco and Lujan de Cuyo) malbec is a Paul Hobbs project, and his Californian hand is evident in this richer, riper, softer, plusher red. After a partial native ferment in stainless, this aged in American oak barrels (10% new) for 8 months.
