Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe colour is a perfect pale Provençal orange. The nose is eerily south of France and equally beguiling with floral, pepper, and light citrus. The palate is a mix of watery citrus, all in a good way, with grapefruit, pear, and cherry. Refined and elegant, this is a delicious bottle of essentially dry rosé. More, please. This mourvèdre is hand-harvested and placed directly into the press, whole bunch. A slow, gentle press yields just a bit of colour and no tannins.
