Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis off-dry ehrenfelser is a mix of fruit sources grown at the Greata Ranch estate vineyard, as well as vineyards in Naramata and the Southern Okanagan. Ripe melon, gooseberry, white peach, pink florals are seasoned with anise and spice, which helps counter the off-dry palate. Chill thoroughly, crack, and try this summer with Thai or Vietnamese.
