Fitzpatrick Family Vineyards The Unwinder Ehrenfelser 2018
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, Canada2018, like last year, blends estate fruit with grapes from West Kelowna's Mannhardt Vineyard. After a stainless ferment and short rest, this was bottled with a small bump of RS, leaving this off-dry but without killing its verve. Soft pear, peach blossom, lime peel and anise slides along a slim, attractive palate to a snappy finish.
