This was fermented and macerated in stainless over 2-3 weeks, before 10 months rest in stainless and 6 months in bottle, prior to release. Thick with dark chocolate, worn leather, baked black cherries, dried plums on a dense palate, with chewy, toothsome tannins to a lingering, dusky spiced finish.
