Skaha Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe current 2019 Gris from Stag's Hollow is a lush affair with a bump of residual sugar at 10.9 grams per litre, pushing it into the off-dry zone and the Alsace milieu. The nose is a luxurious mix of peaches, red honey, and a wafting jasmine scent. The palate follows along in a similar vein with more sweet melon and spice. Best built for spicy curries.
