Covert Farms Sauvignon Blanc Semillon 2019
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFrom their organic estate atop McIntyre Bluff, and 2007 planted Coyote Block, this is a blend of 72% sauvignon blanc, 20% semillon, and 8% viognier. It was fermented and aged in stainless, the tightness of which works well against the inherent potency of the grapes. Medicinal lemon, quince, yellow apple is decked with a waxy semillon base all buoyed by the bright acidity of the sauvignon.
