Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaA certified organic sauvignon blanc and semillon blend (70/30) that is estate grown at the Covert Farm Coyote Block Vineyard, this is farmed with biodynamic practices, fermented and briefly aged in stainless steel. Crisp lemon, bitter green melon, subtle tangerine, hedge, pear skin rules the slender palate, finishing with a dusting of spice and a flush of warmth that is mouth filling.
