Trad method, with 6 months on lees and no dosage. Bottled unfined and unfiltered. Pouring a pale peach hue, this streams wild young raspberry, cranberry, spring rhubarb, sour cherry along a tautly strung palate, washed with bergamot tea and rinsed with mineral salts—no compromise, and thankfully so.
