Quails' Gate Riesling Icewine 2014
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis is just beginning to show some evolution, with baked tropical fruits, honey, beeswax, and lemon curd. The palate is pristine and precise, with laser-like, zippy acidity that really refreshes the palate and miraculously manages to cut through the 248 g/L residual sugar (!).
