Quails' Gate Riesling Icewine 2008
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaSuper crisp style with that bright almost piercing acidity that keeps the sweetness in check. The flavours are a mix of intense floral apricot, orange cut with ripe tropical fruit notes. The finish is bracingly acidic, some might say tart but it does make you want to keep sipping. Not for the faint of a heart.
