Rioja, SpainThis virua macerated for 24 hours before a native fermentation and aging in tank on lees for 6 months, prior to up to a year in bottle before release. Classic white Rioja, through dry roasted almonds, white peach, pear, and a pad of downy lees. There's a nice salted pine nut grip around the end to close this out.
