Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe Fitz Reserve Blanc de Blancs is a traditional method from estate chardonnay grown at Greata Ranch, and aged three years to capture the essence revealed in its complex flavours. The attack is high strung and fresh, mixing green apples and warm brioche in an understated style. The palate is long and persistent with stony, mineral, citrus notes and a chalky sage-dusted back end that speaks to the Okanagan.
