Fitz Blanc de Blancs Sparkling Wine 2014
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaChardonnay from the winery's estate Greata Ranch Vineyard go into this new release, a blanc de blancs of entirely chardonnay that spent 36 months on the lees before a slight 4.9 g/l dosage that takes the edge off the streaking acidity. Tight lemon, green apple, light pear is gripped with chalky stones and lingers with verbena.
