Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, Canada2017 is a blend of warm Coyote Bowl fruit and cooler Bella Vineyard grapes. On the nose, look for classic ripe apricots with bits of honeysuckle and ginger. The palate is similar with lees, melon, tropical fruit, and a vanilla sheen that sits across the finish. It's not a lightweight, but neither is it belligerent in the glass. Best with simple seafood dishes like grilled halibut with fruit salsa.Tasted: 12 August 2020Tasted by: Prices:

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaIt's been a few years since we've seen a C&S Viognier. The flamboyant grape is well suited to the winery style. From the Coyote Bowl, and Bella vineyards, this is a fleshy, full bodied, ripe white, flush with honeysuckle, apricot, overripe melon, and tropical florals. Ginger sticks on the vanilla-lined finish, reflective of time in French oak. Shy this is not, and at 14+ degrees, it's not for the shy of heart.Tasted: 05 August 2019Tasted by: Prices:
