CedarCreek Platinum Block 4 Single Vineyard Pinot Noir 2016

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFrom the upper, sandy loam slopes of their home estate, this is 21-year-old vines of clones 115 and 667. After a native ferment in concrete and stainless, this aged for a year in French oak before being bottled unfined and unfiltered. Finely textured throughout, this elegant pinot carries cherry, black raspberry, tree bark, fine tobacco, and walnut shells.
