Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis sweeter rose channels its southern Okanagan provenance through super ripe, sweet strawberry, candied peach, pear nectar and cinnamon spicing. The palate is somewhat syrupy, though there's a rise of acidity to keep this somewhat aloft. This is estate merlot, macerated for 24 hours on skins before stainless ferment and brief aging.
