Craggy Range Sauvignon Blanc Te Muna Road Vineyard 2018
Martinborough, Wairarapa, North Island, New ZealandThe best New Zealand sauvignons have an electric current running through them, and the Craggy Te Muna is one of those. Key lime, melons, peaches, and chalk all conspire to draw you into this glass. The attack is similar, with gooseberry and sea salt highlights, and more juicy citrus undercurrents. Fun to sip, and even better with food. Crisp, dry, mineral-driven, this is the real thing. Steamed mussels, crab, fish tacos, and more all go with this beauty. Good value.Tasted: 30 May 2019Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:AB | $32.95 | 750ml | fine wine boutiques |
