Viticulture itself is 850 years old in the region. The Abbey owns many vineyards and works with many others based on ancient relationships. It is classic pinot grigio from very cool high altitude sites. The aromas and flavours reflect a tighter mineral style with mouthwatering lemony acidity, minerality and freshness from front to back.
