Fowles Farm to Table Pinot Noir 2017

Victoria, AustraliaWith fruit sourced from across Victoria, this is a lighter bodied, darker fruited, floral pinot noir. After native ferment, this matured for five months in French oak (75 percent new). Amazingly, little to none of that new oak rears here, just all of the fruit and floral purity. Bright and crunchy red currant, cranberry, strawberry are framed with fine tannins, scented with violets and wild herbs, and finish with peppery spice.
