Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaOur first look at NBO (North Bench Oliver), a 42/38/20 cabernet sauvignon, merlot, cabernet franc blend and we like it. The style is hedonistic, and the fruit mix ripe and ready. There are gobs of juicy black fruits streaked with caramel and backed by firm, round, dry tannins. Many will like this outgoing style of sweet and savoury dark fruit that finishes long and warm. It is a wine for grilled beef.
