California, United StatesThe 2016 Barrel Fermented is made with a combination of fruit from Monterey, Central Coast and the Livermore Valley. It’s aged six months in French and American barrels leading to a classic California chardonnay style with obvious oak yet with an adequate amount of well-balanced acidity.
